Macintosh Basics
Description
This hands-on class will introduce new computer users to basic skills and concepts required for working comfortably with a Macintosh computer. Participants will learn how to turn a Macintosh on and off, use a mouse and basic Macintosh navigation skills. Participants will gain an understanding of managing disks and files. Class participants will become familiar with some of the features of the Macintosh operating system such as the Launcher and File Sharing.  [Suggested time: 2-3 hours]
